Product Features

Round aluminum tubes form parallel open ceiling runs.
The 50 mm tube has a 0.8 mm wall and a 50–100 mm spacing option.
Connections use M6 bolts with a No. 40 carrier, or a dedicated tube hanger and carrier.

Reading the Drawing

M6 hex bolts engage the top slot of the tube and connect it directly to the No. 40 secondary carrier.

Installation Steps

Measure the finished elevation required by the ceiling design.
Establish the installation direction. Drill suspension points in the structural ceiling at no more than 1,200 mm spacing and secure the galvanized hanger rods with expansion anchors.
Install and level the No. 40 secondary carriers, keeping the elevation consistent and the carriers no more than 1,200 mm apart.
Insert M6 hex bolts into the top slot of the round aluminum tube. Secure the member to the carrier and adjust the spacing.
Keep hands clean during installation. Avoid sweat, oil and other contamination on the finished surface.

Reading the Drawing

Dedicated tube hangers engage the tube slot and connect to the matching tube carrier. Select this system separately from the bolted arrangement.
