Open-cell grille assembly
Reading the Drawing
Main and cross strips interlock to form the open-cell module. Dedicated grille hangers connect the assembled modules to the suspended main carriers.

Installation Steps
- Assemble the main strips below the cross strips. Insert the cross strips downward into the main strips, keeping each group parallel.
- Suspend and level the light-steel main carriers to the design elevation; keep them parallel.
- Assemble the grille on a workbench to the required lengths. The illustrated method uses typical 2,000 × 2,000 mm modules.
- Hang each module from the main carriers using the dedicated grille hangers. Connect neighboring modules by engaging the cross strips.
- Make small alignment adjustments after the modules are hung.
- Finish the perimeter with an edge angle.
- Keep hands clean during installation. Avoid sweat, oil and other contamination on the finished surface.
