Reading the Drawing

M6 bolts engage the top slot of each bullet-head profile and fasten it to the No. 40 carrier. The section identifies the illustrated 50 × 75 profile.

Installation Steps

Measure the finished elevation required by the ceiling design.
Establish the installation direction. Drill suspension points in the structural ceiling at no more than 1,200 mm spacing and secure the galvanized hanger rods with expansion anchors.
Install and level the No. 40 secondary carriers, keeping the elevation consistent and the carriers no more than 1,200 mm apart.
Insert M6 hex bolts into the top slot of the 50 × 75 bullet-head profile. Secure the member to the carrier and adjust the spacing.
Keep hands clean during installation. Avoid sweat, oil and other contamination on the finished surface.
