Product Features

Rectangular sections are 25 × 80, 25 × 100, 30 × 100 and 50 × 50 mm.
The profile connects through a dedicated hanger or a bolted No. 40 carrier arrangement.
Wall-thickness options are 0.7, 0.8, 0.9 and 1.0 mm; spacing starts at 100 mm.

Reading the Drawing

Dedicated hangers engage the top slot of the 25 × 80 profiles and connect them to matching profile carriers.

Installation Steps

Measure the finished elevation required by the ceiling design.
Establish the installation direction. Drill suspension points in the structural ceiling at no more than 1,200 mm spacing and secure the galvanized hanger rods with expansion anchors.
Install and level the profile carriers, keeping the elevation consistent and the carriers no more than 1,200 mm apart.
Insert the dedicated profile hanger into the top slot of the aluminum profile. Secure the member to the carrier and adjust the spacing.
Keep hands clean during installation. Avoid sweat, oil and other contamination on the finished surface.

30 × 100 profiles with No. 40 secondary carriers

Reading the Drawing

M6 hex bolts engage the top slot of the 30 × 100 profile and fix it to the No. 40 secondary carrier. This is distinct from the dedicated-hanger version.
